Unfortunately, it's very bad services, less than (0),I had an appointment with a doctor, I had pharyngitis, and the doctor did not want to expose me, she wanted to give the other medicine, an injection (tetanus), I only have pharyngitis, and she did not want to reveal and the doctor's actions very bad، Unfortunately, once again, these behaviors are owned by a doctor, Because the actions that appeared before her are the actions of another person, not a doctor. Very bad behavior, and very rude, and impolite!. My advice to everyone, do not waste your time with them, because if you ask her for treatment, your health condition will deteriorate for the worse, the too bad services by her, it's will lead you and make your condition dangerous. I regret that I did not inform the Ministry of Health about it and its bad services, but I swear at the next time, anywhere and at any moment, I will not be silent again!!!. After that, on the next day, I went to a doctor in another location in the other clinic, very respectful and very polite, he actually revealed that I had an infection, and after that he gave me medicine and after two days I was fine.

She has messed up on so many different occasions starting with my grandpa who was not checked properly by her and was sent to the hospital and eventually passed away right after. She prescribed my dad the wrong predication more than once and she forgot to tell my mom just today that she got her blood work months ago and she’s been sick in bed now who has to go to the hospital. She is not only unprofessional, she does not understand any medical terms when it comes to her clients. She does not understand how to speak English and basic terms. She literally needs to do a check up herself because she forgets everything and doesn’t let her patients finish their sentences. She also likes to profit off her clients, so she makes them come to her clinic with different appointments for every problem just so she can get paid. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND LEAVE!

It’s unacceptable considering she’s responsible for people’s health. She doesn’t look after her patients, she does not follow up, rude and inpatient, she argues when we try to express concerns. She has mixed up medications (gave wrong medication to the wrong person). She overcharges for simple things like getting a sick note or tb shot. She’s written the wrong name on my forms, so no wonder she makes mistakes on so many other things. During my last visit, I brought up my mom’s symptoms, and she refused to listen because she had not booked an appointment. She walked away and closed the door. What I was expressing to her was based on her not following up for an entire month although we had appointments booked with her, which made my mom’s symptoms worsen over time. She ordered blood test and didn’t review it, which led my mom having low iron for months. She will never take responsibility for the mistakes she makes and will somehow always blame the client. I’m so frustrated at this point with her unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of knowledge on medicine. There’s a point when she needs to realized she’s a threat to her client’s safety and stop her practice.
