โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I bought our first home last year and hired Mr Handyman to install new closet doors and blinds in all 3 bedrooms - we are SO glad we did! Jhnero was our initial contact who was so lovely and personable. We were quickly paired with a contractor named Ben who, within days, came to take measurements and recommend the best options for our home. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity. We were given the opportunity to purchase the recommended products ourselves to save some money, which I thought was so fantastic. Ben offered to pick up our blinds when ready and dropped them off himself, on his own time! Ben JUST finished the job today - the quality of his work is exceptional!!! He also offered to repair our hallway closet door that came off the tracks and was torn off by myself due to pregnancy hormones lol. Ben is honest, approachable, kind, and really cares about his work and customers. Thanks to everyone at Mr Handyman! We will definitely be using them again for future house repairs/Renos! :)

โ โ โ โ โ This is the 2nd time we hire Mr Handyman. If you are looking for professional and reliable people who do the job right; then Mr Handyman is the choice.
The first time, we hired Mr Handyman to fix our loose gutters outside.
Now we called Mr Handyman to fix 2 broken window cranks. Ben did an amazing job. The new cranks were installed quickly and there was no mess at all! Great job.

โ โ โ โ โ Ryan from Mr. Handyman helped me install a sliding barn door in a difficult place and required some customization to fit the door. Ryan did an amazing job and was really friendly. I was also impressed with how quickly they got back to me when booking the initial appointment.

โ โ โ โ โ My feedback is on a commercial contract for assembling laboratory furniture: lab benches and metal storage cabinets.
1. Positive moments.
- Mr. Handyman was able to provide a group of men for two days on a very short notice.
- The work was insured.
- Good communication with the head office.
- The team showed up on time both days.
- Guys were doing their best, were really helpful and careful and did everything they were asked to do.
- No damage was done to the property.
2. Negative moments.
- On the first day the head of the team left the site soon after arrival for 3 hours without notice.
- In his absence the second guy who worked with him was basically useless on his own.
- Even though it was indicated in the contract, that the main job is assembly, the guys simply did not have enough tools. For the team of 4 men they had only one power drill, zero ratchet screwdrivers, and zero mullets. Their toolbox was a plastic bucket full of loose parts.
- After an inspection it became clear that in many cases the bolts and screws wasnโt tighten properly till the end and connection was left loose.
- Even though all the assembly instructions were provided, in at least 2 cases the assembly was done wrongly.

โ โ โ โ โ I had stucco ceiling removed, water damaged ceiling repaired, and wainscoting panels installed. I am satisfied with the results. It took a couple weeks to complete. We are happy now that it's completed. Ryan was very professional and detailed in his work. He did lots of cleaning each day. I would prefer to order materials myself. I was being marked up about 1000.00 on my invoice. Overall, I am happy with the work.

โ โ โ โ โ Very professional and efficient, a little on the pricey side. paid $200, the job was less than 30 minutes .One of the chargers was COVID PPE supplies 30$, In other words they charge for the hand sanitizer that their staff use, that charge is what I consider criminal, as they take advantage of the COVID scenario, the trip charge, drive from there Markham location to Richmond Hill, 85.00$ completely unreasonable also. Next time we will not be using Mr Handyman. When companies over charge, they usually don't get repeat business, I can assure you my business would be worth a lot more than 200.00 over the course of a year.
