We have no hot water and have been complaining since feb 13, 2018 and this company refuses to warranty there work . We haven’t even lived in the home for 1 year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Curtis and Matthew Plested for all my plumbing related issues and renvoations for over 7 years (well before they started their company). They have replaced all the plumbing in my kitchen, bathroom, moved my laundry facilities from the main floor to my basement and replaced my hot water tank in my 80 year old house. I have never needed them to return and repair their work because it is always done right the 1st time. They always fit me and my other family members into schedule in a reasonable timeframe. I haven't used another plumber since the Plested starting doing for for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just come through a lengthy cold snap reminds me of our adventure during the Jan 2020 cold snap. It was at the beginning of that frigid period that our home-heating boiler finally failed completely and we were in a bind looking to replace it. I obtained multiple estimates and discussed options with each company. In the end, Plested was not the cheapest option but the one we pursued and we've been very happy with our decision.
Since the installation of our new boiler system (including making some associated improvements we requested), we've engaged Plested in other repairs and have completed our annual boiler inspection/maintenance as well. Throughout this period (including the onset of COVID protocols) Curtis and Matt have been courteous and professional and their work is exemplary. Our mechanical room has been transformed from, frankly, a mess into a show piece (a space we gladly show off to anyone at all interested!).
Overall, thanks to Plested, we are comfortable and content in our home. We will reach out to Plested for any further plumbing work we may require and we highly recommend them to our family and friends.
