Booking the appointment was extremely easy and quick, the staff was very kind, gentle and experienced. She was very excited to meet the staff at the front door. They do their job very seriously, professionally and friendly. We are extremely happy with their service.

I have always had a great experience here and their approach, size of exam clinic and general happy vibe around the clinic is definitely felt! I have visited other vet clinics due to proximity to where I have lived in the past and the experience has been stressful and the small rooms and tense environment made me anxious, and I can only imagine it would have my dogs as well! I noticed the comments about the price and yes it is higher than the average, but if you think about it, won't you want the best care and service for your loved ones ? Do we not sometimes pay a premium for something because we see the value in it? I see it like dishing out extra to fly 'business class' because that's how I feel about my experience at Doncaster Animal Clinic. A BIG thank you to Dr. Day and all the lovely staff at the Clinic for always going the extra mile ❤

They took the time to go over costs with me as having two dogs can cost a lot. They were so nice and loving towards Marley and Cali, it's the calmest they've ever been at a vet visit. I 100% recommend bringing your pets to Doncaster Animal Clinic.

The staff is super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Kostiner was very pleasant and took took her time to explain everything throughly. She also answered all my questions patiently. I am so glad to have found an amazing clinic for my puppies and would highly recommend this clinic.

They always make my large boy feel right at home and are great with handling his puppy exuberance :) I am happy to have them take care of all his needs. Even if they aren't the closest vets to me I am happy to travel a little bit further as I trust them with the health of my puppy.

Everyone else, including the manager.... is too preoccupied to oversea the staff to ensure they are doing things properly. Great for expired products, Long waits, minimal care and unhappy pets. Try to talk to staff like babies or they don't understand To all of you that go... YIKES

I called to schedule my first kitten appointment. I asked about the potential costs and they told me it’d cost $90 dollars for examination and $36 dollars for the first FVRCP vaccine and that those are the only things I need for my kitten. I walk in and walk out and I’m billed $230 dollars. I couldn’t pay all of the bill because I only had cash on me for the amount that they’d told me on the phone. They had billed me for a bunch of services that are “recommended” including parasite testing, revolution kitten tube etc. none of which are necessary for kittens if your kitten is healthy and it’s not showing symptoms. All in all if you go to this place be suspicious about the services they force you to get except the ones that you actually need
