★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, I asked them for several things; Tire change, oil change, low beam light change and general checkup. They couldn't change my tires because they did not have the right tools, I'm not so sure about this but apparently I gotta carry the right socket for my after market tires. Didn't know customers had to buy tools for their service mechanics these days but sure why not. They didn't change my low beam as I asked to and said they changed it on the counter. I came home and noticed the receipt not being charged for it and turns out they didnt change it. Sucks not having no lights when the sun is only up for 6 hours a day. They claim they thought it was still working during their "check up maintenance" even though I personally requested them to change it. Took a working day off to get these things done but none of it were done, really wasted my time here.
