★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive miss on customer service and communication. Brought my dogs over the last year and overlooked issues that we were seeing. My dog was signed up for nail care at a session and it wasn’t completed. Nothing was said until we brought it up and then it took a few weeks to actually get the care we purchased. All issues were blamed on the dogs and no solutions to problems were ever presented. The issues that staff discussed were not seen in the dogs at other daycare facilities or training environments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My little guy just went in yesterday for a full groom and my gosh they did an incredible job!! Honestly, my dog was filthy from camping and in desperate need of some serious TLC. Darci took care of him so, so well, and he came home such a happy boy! Yet another incredible experience with Dogtrix! So lucky to have this local gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is horrible. Made my dogs feel unwelcome and made comments about my dog to me. Wouldn't reimburse paid fees when unhappy. Poor groomers who can't deal with any issues with dogs.
If your dog is perfect bring them here. This business will like them. If they have to work at all to care for your dog.. hence a daycare... they will make you feel uncomfortable...
And the second I said I was leaving they locked down my account... they are crooks and nasty cruel people to dogs that aren't their favorite breeds.
Don't take your dog here if you are a border collie owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken my dogs over the years there. I’ve had the same experiences with them both as soon as we turn down the road from the highway they get so excited !!! The staff are amazing and the services are great . They do an amazing job of grooming both my goldens have been groomed there and it’s always a great job . I would highly recommend them to anyone . They truly care and love your fur babies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my dog here once a week for a few weeks. They complained that my dog likes to play with the other dogs too much, the other dogs get tired and she wants to keep playing. So they said my dog wasn’t welcome anymore. I understand a 10 month old retriever has a lot of energy but so what. I know the dog isn’t aggressive and they didn’t say she was being aggressive, just too energetic. I found another place in the fort and there are no issues. Try nincompups instead of this place, they are better with dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely adore Karen and her staff. I have a nervous boy who will willingly go with Darci or Karen and is always happy even at pick up. They are very good with all the animals and do a great job. The passion and compassion they show is second to none. We have also done the day care and my boy likes it there. I have even brought in a rescue my mom was watching who was quite neglected and they cleaned her up and took such amazing care of her. I cannot say enough how lucky we are to have this business in our community.

We also use the grooming services. Darcy is the best! He always looks so good when he is done. Thank you for many great years!!!
