★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my car from here experience was good. had to bring it in for some service which required a part that would take while, which was no big deal to me. while they had it they had detailed it for me and HOLY christmas i don't think my car has ever been that clean in its entire life. i
don't even think it was that clean when I bought it. I called to get the names of the people who cleaned it because i want to book my husbands truck in with the same people. if you are in need of a detail i would 1000 percent recommend requesting these guys i have 4 kids and 2 giant breed dogs and there wasn't a hair or French fry to be seen anywhere in my vehicle. dallas and cody you guys are amazing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service department is inept, took my van in for warranty work & got it back with new problems that weren’t there when it went in. Pretty sure the mechanic dropped something in the engine causing it to need a new head! Also finish date keep getting pushed back , it’s been a month longer than promised and still no van. This prevents me from doing my job properly. If they gave me a loaner van to use for work it would have helped but they didn’t.

Having the privilege to deal directly with the owner made the process of ordering my truck that much better. I checked several dealerships in town before contacting heartland. No other dealership was able to beat what heartland had to offer. Take my advice and save yourself the hassle of going to any other dealership, you won't be dissapointed with heartland ford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveled from BC to buy ford edge from heartland. Got three quotes and Heartland was the only one to reply with a detailed quote , Griff was easy to deal with and no typical bs. Gave me a good trade value on quote and stuck to it after we arrived. Isaac got us in and out the door quick so we could get back on the road for home. I would recommend giving Heartland Ford a shot if your in the market .Well worth the trip. RON /LA-OR
