I had a curbside drop off and pick up so I cannot comment on the place or how other dogs were treated but Mariana was nice and professional with us and got the job done. She was working totally alone and answering all phone calls. Support small business
R	Reb Ecca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had our rambunctious 5yo golden doodle groomed by Mariana for a few years now. Our "B" is quite anxious about the grooming process and becomes very challenging when it comes to washing & grooming her. Despite this, she always looks and smells awesome when she's done & definitely feels like it because we all notice she does a little strut to show off for a few days after her appt. In addition, the team have been so patient with her, the appts are super easy to schedule and they always email any changes to scheduling in advance like scheduled closures for holidays, vacation, etc.... Day-of communication is excellent - they call ahead of the end of the appt so none of the dogs are stuck waiting inside too long to be picked up after the treatment - very well thought through. However, the most impressive thing about Mariana and the DD team (other than how B looks after her appt) is that I've never once heard any complaints, negative feedback, hesitation or reluctance to grooming her when we arrive, not even an eye roll when they give a quick report about how the appt went..... This alone screams GREAT customer service. That's because our dog is a sweetheart and so gentle, but she's SUCH a handful when she's being groomed. Thus, she's rightfully earned a complaint or two from us humans who bravely take on the task. But not at Doggie Detailing, they take it all in stride. The facilities are clean, organized, safe for pets - there's a counter height swing-gate to prevent any potentital runaways, and is easily accessible from main roads. Highly recommend them!!

BUT I can definitely say I will never be coming back!!!!!! They did a horrible job, my dog looks depressed. The cut is uneven, choppy & patchy. Would definitely not recommend to friends or family. If I could put zero stars I would. I find your response to be very condescending & petty to be quiet frank. Unfortunately I was only able to drop off my dog as I was at work. My mom had to pick her up, we have no problem "expressing" our concerns, clearly. ... that's what reviews on Google are for MA'AM. Good luck with your business Mariana. Still wouldn't come back.

She has styled him many different ways and always does a fantastic job. We’ve been coming here for 6 years now and Im so happy every time with his grooming. The last groomer I used would just shave him and not take the time to brush the knots out (and they charged more!). Mariana and her staff are wonderful and listen carefully to what you want. Five stars from me.
