Melissa has been Grooming our dog Bella for years now. She is the best with dogs as they really listen to her. Takes her time and always does a great job. Highly Recommended!

If I could rate this place a negative number I truly would because no matter what I will write here, it will never be enough to describe how unprofessional this grooming place is. I've been to this place for about three times within the first couple of go's I realized that this grooming place is usually packed and very busy, nonetheless they are always free to take in dogs for grooming. The first and second time my dog went he took extremely long considering his appointments were at 11am or earlier and he would come out at around 5pm. I wish this was the only problem but beyond the fact that these dogs are taking this place more then 7hrs to groom is the least of their problems. My third and final time going to this place I got my dog as usual paid and went back to my car to drive home by the time I reached my living area my pants were drenched in blood which was coming from my dogs nails. I called the place to see what went wrong and they simply replied that this kind of thing happens all the time. My dog is 9yrs old and gets groomed about every month and i've never in my life had this happen to him. The place then decides to call my number several more times with the last encounter ending by one of the groomers telling me "it's just a nail". Whether it be his tail, head, ear, or nail to me its far more then just a nail, IT'S MY DOG!!! Not only does this grooming place fail to treat each dog properly and groom slowly and reasonably to ensure no injuries they also fail to see the blood on his paws, if my pants were this drenched can't imagine the floor. This place is unprofessional and absolutely disgusting. If your considering taking your dog here may as well go to a place where they charge you far less to injure your dog. If you as a groomer are booked and can't take time to ensure the dogs are properly groomed then why continue to book more dogs? Truly disgusting as a groomer! This is beyond the fact that my dog does not even smell like he got a shower! Thanks dog groomers inc truly a wonderful experience ending with a visit to the vet and a possible infection :)

My 3 year old golden retriever came back looking barely different than when I dropped him off. He had his nails trimmed, a bath, and his belly trimmed, but nothing beyond that. They didn't do anything I asked for such as shaving behind his hears, or shaping up his coat. His top coat looks exactly the same, as if they didn't even brush him. They didn't touch his ears or brush his teeth. Really bad quality groom, it wasn't even at all. They also charged me more because "he was shedding more than we expected".... he's a golden retriever, what did you expect? Do not recommend at all. Will not be back.

I've been to this Groomer three times now. The first time - two summers ago was absolutely fantastic. My dog, Jett, looked absolutely perfect! So, we went back. The second time was worse than the first. Jett looked okay, but I didn't feel like it was worth the money. The groom was poorly done and uneven. My aunt surprised me for Christmas and took Jett back here on Dec 22nd to get groomed. They wrote down what was requested on the board - short but not to the skin with a well cut, puffy mane. Jett came out looking the worst I've ever seen. My aunt tried to complain when she picked up Jett, but they were busy and said "Well, I think she looks cute!". I have never been more appalled by a groomer. This is the worst experience we have ever had - customer service included. She was sheered like a sheep and her mane was cut extremely unevenly. She looks so horrible that friends and family have quite literally laughed and asked if we did it ourselves. I'm so disappointed and my dog has never looked worse. This was also supposed to be a surprise, yet I received a phone call telling me when Jett will be ready for pickup - while I'm in Chicago. My aunt left her number and notified them multiple times that this was a surprise and to call her. Instead, they call me. I politely thanked them and notified my aunt. I receive a call 3 hours later notifying me that she's ready for pickup. Again- did you not get the memo!? Dog owners beware! I love supporting our Port Credit businesses but seriously do not trust these people with your pets! Management - I hope you take these reviews seriously. Note: this photo was taken almost 2 weeks later - so you can imagine how horrible it looked when she was picked up.

My first time go to this groomer since I just adopt a poodle mix dog. My dog hair and nail was a mess. The groomer was very professional and a real dog lover. She was very patient with skittish dog and very skillful. After the bath, hair and nail trim, my dog looks so cute. It transform my dog's look from unkempt rockers homeless dog to handsome and toy look like poodle. My dog smell so good also. Also I noticed that my dog was very happy and calm during the process. She definitely have a magic touch with the dog.

They are awesome! Turns out my old groomer FORCED brushed Lady and that's why she hated the brush. She still puts up a bit of a fuss with mouthing my hand but she is no longer crying and "screaming". Thank you for being patient and gentle with my baby

The place is good the prices are fair and my dog comes out clean and smelling amazing. However they always forget one nail which is kind of annoying but that’s about it. They don’t take too long to groom her which is amazing
