★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never met more incompetent staff in my entire life who decides that when ordering 2 regular size smoothies when someone walks in and asks for both a matcha monsoon and a nuttin' better that it must be mixed together and that's just one? Ive never seen something more rediculous. Worst staff in the GTA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you say open at 8 am for business, and the place still isn’t even open by 8:15… with no signs of being open soon then I’m not sure what to say. I can empathize that it’s early but if the rest of us are at work or making the time to come here before work so I don’t think it’s unfair to expect the place that says “ open at 8 am” to be open by at least 8:15. Maybe my expectation of a business to adhere by THEIR OWN RULES is a bit much.
