I am grateful to Dario for taking the time to explain the process, the type of hearing loss and address the options available. I had been in denial of my hearing loss for 8 years and convinced myself nothing would help and that I’m way too young. Wearing hearing aids has been one of the greatest decisions of my life.
As a result of my positive experience, I am not only a hearing aid user but also an advocate for encouraging family and friends not to miss conversations and life by waiting. When I take my hearing aid out, I am in a completely different world and am reminded how they have changed my life in ways I never thought possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 8 months ago, I referred my elderly client to Dr. Dario and given it was the first lockdown of COVID, I was immediately impressed how he worked to accomodate us and solve her problem quickly.
I was there today for myself, to have an assessment, and we chatted about the lady I referred who he remembers well. She is a 97 year old force going strong. I am so pleased I found him for her, and that I now I've met him in person.
What a beautifully organized professional office. This includes the calm and cheerful demenour of all staff. Working with technology for administrative duties (like ease of booking appointments and COVID protocols), and profession specific digital tools.
He is a great practioner to have in our community. I consider us lucky as his knowledge, professionalism, and good communication skills shine through. Thank you for setting up a business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Port Credit Audiology & Hearing Aid Clinic is a wonderful establishment. I recently had the pleasure of bringing my grandmother in to have her hearing tested. Dario was so kind and patient with her, and always directly spoke to her. I think this is very important to acknowledge, as often times elderly are not given this respect. She felt very safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. She even told me how nice he was when we drove home. He is very knowledgable and will answer all your questions. Her hearing aids are great, and she is enjoying them. Excellent service, and very professional. I highly recommend going if you are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very professional Audiologist. Even the secretary is very professional in carrying out her job and very attentive to clients coming in. The Audiologist is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is gentle and caring and explains things concisely, clearly and knowledgeably. The hearing aids are of a high quality, dependable and are made specific to your hearing loss.
The hearing tests are conducted in a comfortable booth. My experience here was good and pleasurable.
