★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have taken my dog to get groomed a couple times -- the groomers, themselves are always very kind, however the front desk, not as much.
not sure if they've just changed the staff or if the receptionists are new but the lady I dealt with yesterday wasn't the friendliest. she was very unapproachable to begin with and got impatient with me and my groomer for not pre-paying fast enough when she didn't even set the debit machine up. she didn't even take the receipt from the machine nor did she offer me one so I just grabbed the one that printed. when I came back to pick up my dog, she told her colleague that she didn't have a receipt of my pre-pay because I just took the receipt. of course I was going to take it because she didn't make me feel comfortable enough to even ask her for a copy.
groomers are great but please train your front staff to be kinder, especially since they're working with animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 4-month year old puppy to get socialized with other dogs. She absolutely loves it here! She loves her coaches and has a fun time playing with the other dogs. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. My dog comes home very tired which is great for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a meet and greet which was cancelled because they were unable to get in contact with my vet for vaccination records even though the email they send you confirming the booking states to bring your records with you on the day of your meet and greet. The issue could have quickly and easily been solved had someone just CALLED me. Instead I receive an email cancelling my appointment. The manager at this location did reach out to me through email to which I replied to and I never heard back from her. I ended up booking a meet and greet with the applewood location and so happy that I did. But overall I’m not impressed with what happened and now it was handled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved their setup and meet and greet my 3 we're nervous but I could watch them constantly via cameras, so I could see their behavior and for the first time they did really well. The staff was wonderful.
Unfortunately my pups got KC somewhere else and now can't attend daycare for a couple of weeks.
They'll go back asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had signed up here to bring my 4 month old puppy to be watched while I work 2x a week in office. First day was great. Second day noticed his food was sent back meaning they didn’t feed him on lunch as they guarantee a lunch feeding and 2 hours in a crate for “down time/nap time”. A puppy shouldn’t go 10 hours with no food. Now a week later my puppy has caught something there has 1 lung filled with mucus/fluid. Every time he takes a couple of steps he chokes and tries to spit up. Has mucus coming out of his nose his airway is swollen making it even more difficult to breathe. His vet bill was $1,246.00 as he had a fever needed an IV and 4 separate antibiotics administered at the vet on this past Sunday (04/17/22). Now our older dog is showing the same symptoms of labored breathing and mucus around his nostrils and chills. Just from being there twice we have 2 severely sick dogs. They say every dog needs their vaccines yet there was a puppy behind the front desk with out vaccinations which they let my puppy be around to “introduce them” Clearly staff isn’t aware that puppies are extremely vulnerable to illness and need to be around other puppies dogs that are up to date on vaccines to avoid situations like these. I’m extremely upset and will be trying to get a refund as my dog will never go back there ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my pup here since she was 12 weeks old ( 8 months old now) - Dogtopia Meadowvale treats my dog like their own. She is always beyond happy to go and the coaches just adore her. The webcam is excellent to check in on our dog and see what they are doing throughout the day. We also absolutely love all the events throughout the months
This is truly my dog's favorite place! A big thank you to ALL the staff at Dogtopia Meadowvale for loving my dog just as much we do <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are really happy with this daycare! The staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is well kept. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Dogtopia for taking care of my furbaby when i'm at work! Great fun atmosphere and most importantly my pup MIA is very happy to be there. Excellent job guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a great experience at Dogtopia of Meadowvale. The staff love the dogs and take such good care of them. They have amazing events on a weekly basis. Your dog will love coming here. I highly recommend them. Marlie gets excited in the morning when I say we are going to daycare and runs to the front door all ready to go!
