★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First day for my Yorkie Mikey at Dog Sense daycare. He had an awesome time with his new pals Charlie, Kilo and Lexie! The owner Susan gave me a tour of the premises and everything looks like fun for the doggies! NO CAGES anywhere!! Mikey was able to roam at will. I felt no anxiety leaving my baby in Dog Sense's care. Best of all Mikey was relaxed when I picked him up at the end of the day.

My puppy Parker has been going to Dog Sense for several months and absolutely loves it! When I am at work I know that my pooch is happy wrestling with his buddies and not stuck in a crate all day! He comes home content and tired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susan is very professional and knowledgeable. The whole team who looks after my dog is so kind and caring. He has been to Dog Sense many times for grooming, daycare and overnight boarding. He is so happy to go to meet with his friends (other dogs, and humans!). Helen is a fantastic groomer. I highly recommend Dog Sense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog for a meet and greet to check the place out. He was over excited because he could hear the other dogs. The woman that runs the place took the leash off his harness and put in in a martingale collar. Martingales tighten slightly to keep dogs from escaping their collars. At least this is how they are supposed to be used. This woman was clearly using them as punishment and yanked hard until my dog quieted down out of fear. She then took him away from me into the back where I couldn't see what was going on. When she returned she claimed my 4 month old puppy was being aggressive and hurting other dogs.
I wasn't there so I can't refute that though my dog generally plays well with others. If he didn't I suspect it was out of fear because of the way she was treating him
It's one of those situations where in hindsight you wish you had walked out as soon as you saw your dog being mistreated but either way I would not feel safe utilizing any services from this business

Helen is a very experienced and wonderful groomer.
Susan is always helpful and I appreciate the way Dog Sense is organized.
They let me know when my dog will be ready and they don’t keep him waiting there unnecessarily, which I really appreciate.

We have been going to Dog Sense for many years and are very happy with their service and care. Thanks for everything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, friendly staff. Susan was very prompt in contacting me after I inquired. My puppy had a great time on her first day! I received a written report with the relevant information about her eating, bathroom, etc. which I very much appreciated. Puppy came home super tired and happy. Will definitely be taking puppy back soon!
