(Vaughan location) There is a Filipino man that works in the front and man the things I want to say about him, but let’s keep it professional unlike them... so rude, not only to me but another lady that was in line with me... after I told him I’m 8 minutes late he try’s to argue with me and tells me that I won’t be able to go inside... the lady that was in line with me barley spoke English and he was so aggressive to her, so loud and rude to her, after we went into the client the poor lady turns to me and ask why is he so rude... I felt bad for the poor lady.... he doesn’t deserve to work in the public medical sector!

Dixie Xray is becoming a victim of its own success. I had a requisition from my doctor and I called the Vaughan Clinic for an appointment. My call went on to voice mail where I left the details to be contacted as instructed. Two days passed by and no response. I called again and choosing option 1 for the appointment, the phone rang and no one was there to answer the call. After hanging up I called again and this time I selected option 5 (for any other business) there was someone at the other end. I told the lady I left a message but there was no response from their office. To this she replied that they DO NOT answer to the messages left on the voice mail. I asked her as why have voice mail if you do not reply any messages. More, I explained to her that on my second effort the phone rang and nobody answered. To this she had nothing to explain. I pointed I needed to make an appointment and for that I selected option 5 and lucky for me she was there. There was no apology and no explanation from her end. Basically they are becoming victim to their own success. I will have a discussion with my doctor for an alternate service such as Vibrant Centre.

This place is ripping people off. Paid 100 bucks for ABPM. After coming back home, I figured out that the same service costs 65 buck at Life Lab next block. My insurance GSC covers upto 75 bucks for this as they defined 75 bucks is reasonably high enough for this service.

Imagine making a new mother wait with her newborn child. NEWBORN. For an hour and a half past their SCHEDULED appointment with no explanation as to why. The clinic tells you to show up FIFTEEN MINUTES EARLY because babies take more time, only to have the clinic in the most reprehensible and repulsive fashion make that infant wait without any explanation. I'm already preparing my formal complaint about the clinic and radiologist with the CMRITO. It's one thing to make an adult wait that long (albeit an unprofessional move) but it's another to lack human decency and professionalism and flippantly allow a hungry and tired infant to sit in a cold basement without reason... What an embarrassment to the profession. Avoid this clinic like the plague. You'd find better care, compassion, and competence at a GTA hospital's emergency walk in than here, which is saying something.

Trust me you will never get as bad service as you get here. People are waiting here for more than 2 hrs but no answer, no info when they start taking people for xray. Watest time here. Its better to go somewhere else. Besides all these, reception will take 20 min to give you payment receipt after you pay( dabit or cash)

Went today for my x-ray. But the behaviour of the person who did x-ray was so rude really disappointed. He was expecting me to come and stand in the front of machine how do i know it was my first time. Be respectful guys we paid fees.

I am handicapped person who uses a small-sized electrical scooter. Today, I went there for ultrasonography for the first time in Canada. I am also health care professional in Canada and Turkey. The technician didn't allow me to get my scooter in (there was enough space there) and to change my clothes in the ultrasound room and took me another changing that I needed to walk to there and I couldn't walk there and she showed me another changing room that was accessible for me. Then, in the ultrasound room, I needed little help to walk in the room, but she didn't help me, she only observed me, and this was the first time that someone only looked at me and didn't try any help, even verbal :(. If I could enter the room, I wouldn't need any help as my scooter has enough support for me. She is extremely rough and impolite during the procedure, and she even didn't correct my leg as I couldn't control it while lying. So, in my eye, she is not an healthcare professional and I wish I could cancel it when she didn't allow me to enter inside with my scooter. I never recommend you to go there. There wasn't any smile of anyone in this place and you are gonna feel bad and they will absorb your all positive energy. Please teach your staff how to behave to a disabled person and how to solve problems and they can do some exceptions for people who is physical disability.

Old technology. Old-fashioned straitjacket. They're wearing their straitjackets backwards and walking around the people naked from room to room. I did not understand. What kind of place are people ashamed of? Everything needs to be renewed, the machines, the place, the working system, the 21st century is such a place.
