★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, DHL dropped pkg off the day after they promised. No worries, as things happen. What was a bit upsetting was going out of my way to now pick up the parcel and being treated like I was a contaminated human!. I understand being cautious, but you still need to be respectful! This guy was a jersey!. No other way to put it.
Then, as it was my son's parcel and he was unable to pick it up, I went. Same address, same last name. Gave him all the info he asked. I was NOT about to be inconvenienced again should he have declined.
DHL, maybe make it clear on your "sorry we missed you" cards that it has to be the person on the packaging. As I did look and didn't see that soecification. Although it had fallen to the ground ss the sticky part wasn't sticky enough to stay stuck...? and was trampled on by other tenants in my building, it was difficult to read, so if I missed it, my apologizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. These people do not care to communicate with clients even though we put our phone numbers right on the package. I do not recommend using this service for international courier services.....especially to the philippines. They stated "address change" after checking status with the online tracker. They didn't bother to call from Manila either names on the package. So unprofessional. Oh and the guy at UPS on 28th Ave. states that they have never had trouble getting parcels to remote area in the Philippines...such a lie! He had no idea what he was doing. I would prefer someone that does their research before making false claims. In the end the only reason my father received the parcel in the philippines is because he knows a law officer who had some pull. I never once received a phone call and neither did my father in Mindoro. Never use this company for international service. They won't call you if something goes wrong to clarify what you need to be done. They deserve 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couriers failed to deliver shipment 2 times already. The first attempt was done after consignee operating hours. At the second attempt they say that consignee( the whole bank branch) has been moved. What’s wrong with you DHL? Ridiculous.
