â â â â â Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolute worst customer service ever! Dropped off a tool for repair (wanted to arrange for it to be picked up, but seeing as they NEVER answer the phone, I had to make the 2hr trip to their store)I was told two weeks for the repair. THREE MONTHS later I have no news!! Again, they never answer the phone, so I suppose I'm about to waste another 2hrs of my life!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
