★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the store lacks in size, it makes up for in service and friendliness and good prices. Its repair department does excellent work at very moderate pricing. They rent tools that are always in good working condition and their pricing is always a little better than anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable about many issues and are very free with good advice. They also often know people (contractors) that do a variety of work. Over the years they have given me the names of various contractors that have all turned out to be good to excellent. If I am getting any work done now I always start by calling them for a reference. Being small they only carry a very limited supply of merchandise so don't expect an inventory like a Reno or Home Depot. I recommend them highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my Toro snowblower so did some online research and saw this place had good reviews. Brought my Snowblower, after almost 2 weeks called up since never got called, they tell me it’s ready, went to pick it up couldn’t find it then the say it wont be long they are doing a last minute check, made me wonder if it was at all tuned, came out of there with a $150.00 bill or more can’t remember this was last winter, tech brings it to the front of the store, he starts it and I sensed it wasn’t sounding good but he insisted that it was ok. Once I got home first thing I did was start it and go through snow I barely could throw the snow 3ft in front that the engine sounded it was going to die. I called them up and they understood they even offered to pick it up and bring it back. Within 2 days I had received it and I tested again and this time I can see the difference it worked much better. The question here, is why couldn’t this be done the first time. We all work hard for our money, it should be the same where you spend it. The fact that they picked up and brought back my snowblower in good working condition I gave them a 3 star review or else this would of been a 1 star. Will see this year if the snowblower will works great, they did say to use superior gas as it has less ethanol or no ethanol which apparently is not that good for small engines as gas sits there and doesn’t get consumed as often as a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed a loose belt on my snow blower. 70$ for 2 minutes work. Didn't even advise that it is not covered by warranty. STAY AWAY!!!

Although this business is certified, its only goal is to take money from you while ignoring your warranty. You can find better and fairer certified dealers in Laval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used my generator during last power outage (Dec./21). Re-fuelled to cover up until next time and thought I should start and run for few minutes. No such luck. Pulled spark plug to check and when re-installed cross- threaded it. (Always start plug by hand tightening only) Called Rolac and Frank told me to drop off to them. Did so on Thurs. and had it back on following Wed. purring like a kitten. And for less than $100. So pleased. Trust-worthy and honest. Thanks Frank, Richard and Linquini Arms. Happy Holidays
