★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A guy came and lock me up inside around 8 pm, I had plenty of stuff to carry outside. Nobody gives me any information and there was no employee. If y'all gonna lock people in at least warn them that the door won't open once you get outside. I had to wait 4 hours outside in the cold, it's almost midnight nobody was there. There is no phone number to call no information display on the internet. Next time I will never come back here. When you go on alexander street at least you have employees that can open the door. This is very upsetting. Bad customer service. Someone is not doing its job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience here was good until this day there was a problem in the electricity and now we can't remove our clothes inside the machine because it doesn't open and the machine says error so we contacted the owner but they are not responsive at all. At these times we are expecting them to be more cooperative but they failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machines are nice. They appeared clean. The dryer I'm using is trying to eat dollar coins. The garbage is overflowing and the floor is a mess. Too small for social distancing and some people aren't wearing masks. I'm not sure what the situation is here in Canada. But I still see people wearing masks around town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untidy and some of the washing machine is clogged up that the liquid soap isn’t absorbed during the washing cycle. The dryer I used did not dry because the machine didn’t heat up during the 50 minutes cycle. Tried calling the number provided but nobody answers.
