★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit here and I was satisfied with the friendly service and fair price. The store has a good variety of flowers, balloons, teddy bears etc for a small sized store. I put together a small bouquet for a 5yr old's dance recital. It was a simple bouquet and cost under $10. A small card (there are tons to chose from!) came with the bouquet free of charge so I could write a little message on it. Paper wrapping for the bouquet is included but the clear plastic wrapping is 2$ extra. I will definitely be back. Thank you Arum Fleuriste for the cute bouquet, a little girl was happy to receive it after her dance show!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is cold, rude and not welcoming at all. I stopped in to admire the lovely bonsais and to ask a couple of questions/tips on how to trim them since I received one as a gift (purchased at this store) last February. In a very unfriendly manner, I was told to go read the 12 page document that was provided with the bonsai or to go google the info! WOW!!!! That is what we call AMAZING Customer service. Perhaps if i was in to purchase something, he would have addressed me differently. This left very bitter taste...I'm very disappointed and will never purchase anything from there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier was very condescending when i wanted to buy a plant for my wife's office i asked for advice and he gave it like he did'nt want to work that day. I liked the plant and a bouquet ended up spending around 300$, in this pandemic! I shall recommend whoever is running this place to be more friendly to clients. I would go back for the flowers but not the service.

Raphael (I apologize if this is not the correct spelling) was so friendly and patient. I cannot wait for my aunt to receive her gift. Thank you again!
