Dès le début des préparations avec M, Jean-Louis Lefebvre (Conseiller), par après finaliser les préparations avec M. Denis Threlfall (Directeur assistant au responsables) jusqu’à le dernier repos de ma mère, avec M. Alain Paradis (Directeur des funérailles), c’a été fait avec professionnalisme, très organiser et avec beaucoup de patience a nous donner des informations et détails. Je recommande fortement Urgel Bourgie Beaubien. We would like to give our congratulations, on my behalf and my two sons, Jason and Bryan, and on behalf of my sister Sindy and her son, Damian, for the great work of my mother's funeral. From the beginning of the preparations, with Mr. Jean-Louis Lefebvre (Counselor), afterwards to finalize the preparations, with Mr. Denis Threlfall (Assistant Director) until the funeral ceremony of my mother, with Mr. Alain Paradis (Director of the funeral), it was done professionally, very well organized and with a lot of patience to give us information and details. Vendeur sans aucune empathie, seulement un vendeur sans plus ... Et une fois que le contrat est signé, plus moyen de rejoindre le dit vendeur...il lisait mes courriels, confirmation de lecture à l'appui , et ne me répondait pas...3 fois plutôt qu'une. Et surveillez attentivement votre facture. On a essayé à 3 reprises de me charger les frais pour le célébrant, que j'avais déjà payé....en plus d'ajouter à ma facture une photo que je n'ai pas prise. Surveillez votre facture. I do not recommend this location for such important moments as a loved one's funeral. Seller without any empathy, only a seller without more ... And once the contract is signed, no more way to reach the said seller ... he read my emails, read confirmation to support, and did not respond to me ... 3 times rather than once. And watch your bill carefully. We tried 3 times to charge me the fees for the celebrant, which I had already paid .... in addition to adding a photo to my bill that I did not take. Watch your bill.
l	lol love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu du service peu d empathie se sont des profiteur et des vendeur quand j ai dit que j avais seulement 2.500 ça pas été long j ai sortie de son bureau très très cher leurs service . vraiment désolant de voir du monde abusé de la douleur de perdre un être chère.. Very disappointed with the service, little empathy, there were profiteers and sellers when I said that I only had 2,500, it didn't take long, I left his office, very very expensive, for their service. really sad to see people abused the pain of losing a loved one..

When they had more than enough room inside the funeral home for having to make people wait with distance. They did not read my message , rather hide behind their mistakes and non respect of people. I was at urgel Bourgie today the 24th of November 2020 I was extremely disgusted with the manner they conduct and treat the people that are to visit a deceased. As cold as it is they make you wait outside with only 2 people at a time inside the hall. I understand the situation but having people wait outside when their is room inside and enough room to make people keep their 6 feet space in a line. Outside their was no distance as people were crammed up together. They could have easily have people inside in a line. I do not recommend urgel Bourgie for anyone needed this service, there are others who do not do this. The family inside were not only mourning but frustrated that people had to wait outside. HORRIBLE COMPANY

A special thanks to John Mastroberardino and Antonietta Zane for going over and beyond the call of duty by providing my family peace of mind during this challenging time. Even with certain restrictions we were able to pull off a memorable send off that is being praised here and around the globe.
M	Mermaid In jeans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They made dealing with a parents death horrible. Constantly harassing until you sign. No empathy. So many errors. Made a mistake twice with the urn on the date. We had to change the funeral mass and had to have the date changed to place the urn in the mausoleum . They made the process miserable and traumatizing. TERRIBLE

Promised a recording of my father’s funeral, which I never got because it wasn’t recorded, or live streamed. The day of the funeral, they got everything wrong, didn’t respect our wishes. Losing someone is difficult enough, and they made the situation 20 times worse.
