Manque flagrant de professionnalisme, manque de respect envers le client. Des frais de consultation sont chargés en plus des frais d’exécution sans aviser le client de ces frais. Facture plus que salée et incapable d’en obtenir le détail! Aucun retour d’appels ou de courriels. Jamais je ne recommanderai cette boîte de comptables. Grande déception, laisse un goût amer....
Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. Customer service was poor. No transparency as far as fares are concerned. Flagrant lack of professionalism, lack of respect towards the customer. Consultation fees are charged in addition to the execution costs without notifying the client of these costs. Invoice more than salty and unable to get the detail! No return calls or emails. I will never recommend this box of accountants. Great disappointment, leaves a bitter taste ....
