â â â â â Un grand manque de jugement de lâadministration et aucun respect pour les enfants du dĂ©funt, on connait pas l'avenir et le comportement d'un proche, mais si cette personne dĂ©cide d'exclure les enfants, et bien vous allez vous buter Ă des personnes sans empathie.
Je tiens à préciser que le complexe a agit voir le testament !!!

On me dit de voir avec sa famille mais personne ne sait sauf sa seconde Ă©pouse qui ne parle plus Ă personne.. Comment ce salon funĂ©raire peut-ĂȘtre accepter de rien nous dire. Je veux simplement savoir oĂč est mon oncle. Il n'y a aucun hĂ©ritage lĂ dedans, je veux juste savoir.
Ce complexe funĂ©raire est d'une froideur extrĂȘme, aucune sympathie.
A Ă©viter. A notifier sur facebook, tweet et autres.
Assurez vous d'abord en tant que professionnel que la demande de la personne soit consciente de ses actes en vérifiant avec d'autres personnes de la famiile
I am a nephew, I live in France and impossible to know the fate of my uncle's body. I am told to see with his family but nobody knows except his second wife who no longer speaks to anyone. How can this funeral home accept to tell us anything. I just want to know where my uncle is. There is no heritage in there, I just want to know.
This funeral complex is extremely cold, no sympathy.

â â â â â I recently lost my uncle Maurice and I live apart from my family so I rely on his immediate family for information which is being withheld with this Furneral home.
This is a time when a family should come together in grief, and comfort one another which is what funeral home is suppose to assist with.
Yet this funeral home refuses to show any empathy or respect to my uncles immediate family and it has caused a ripple effect of shock and anxiety. My uncle was a gentle and intelligent man who never would of wanted his family to be treated this way.
Take your business elsewhere. A furneral business is suppose to help you with your grief.. not prolong it.
