J étais invité et je voulais vraiment arriver avec une plante donc je choisis l orchidée.
Pour un prix exorbitant de 65 dollars, je trouve cela scandaleux et en plus trÚs désagréable dans le service.
 I asked for advice on offering a plant, the saleswoman replied "well, I don't know it's a plant, don't know the name"
I was invited and I really wanted to come with a plant so I chose the orchid.
For an exorbitant price of 65 dollars, I find it scandalous and in addition very unpleasant in the service.

â â â â â Ma maman Ă commandĂ© une fleur et une boite de chocolat Lindor pour laquelle la fleuriste fait payer plus de 15$. Le jour de la livraison, il y avait le fleur mais pas les chocolats, j'ai appelĂ© la fleuriste qui m'a, Ă ce moment dis qu'elle allait refaire la livraison. Le lendemain j'ai effectivement eu les chocolats mais ce n'Ă©tait pas des chocolats Lindor mais une boite qui coute 5$. Quand j'ai appel pour comprendre ce qu'il se passait, la personne a repondu que ça lui avait pris 1h30 pour livrer les chocolats (ce que je comprends mais l'erreur de base Ă©tait la leur...) et elle m'as raccrochĂ© au nez. Sans aucune considĂ©ration, sans excuse et sans explication de faire payer 15$ pour un type de produit et d'en livrer un autre bien moins onĂ©reux. Bref. Je vous le dĂ©conseille vivement, trĂšs mauvaise relation Ă la clientĂšle et rapport-qualitĂ©-prix
My mom ordered a flower and a box of Lindor chocolates for which the florist charged over $15. The day of the delivery, there was the flower but not the chocolates, I called the florist who told me at that time that she was going to redo the delivery. The next day I actually got the chocolates but it wasn't Lindor chocolates but a box that cost $5. When I called to understand what was going on, the person replied that it had taken him 1h30 to deliver the chocolates (which I understand but the basic error was theirs...) and she hung up on you. Without any consideration, without excuse and without explanation to charge $15 for one type of product and deliver another much less expensive one. Short. I strongly advise against it, very bad customer relations and value for money

â â â â â I've been dealing with Mary from Lynda Fleuriste for years now. For every bouquet she prepared in the past and sent to family members and friends, Lynda Fleuriste, ALWAYS, outdoes herself. My daughter got married last year and of course I dealt with the same florist. Once more, the flower arrangements were to die for. It was beyond my expectations. I got so many compliments.
My mom passed away a week ago and I wanted to bring her honor as she was so special to me. I went to see Mary and trusted her to take care of the floral arrangements. Although my heart was clearly broken, Lynda Fleuriste, brought pure joy to my heart as my mom was most certainly honored with the multiple, exceptionally gorgeous floral arrangements. I received MANY compliments. Do I recommend Lynda Fleuriste? Yes I do all the way without the slightest hesitation.
