★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store should be closed down immediately. Very poor service and they sell refurbished products on a much higher price than so many other local stores. I took my nail gun that has been purchased from Home Depot in February and has barely been used. They kept it for 4 weeks and then returned it saying there was a nail jam which is why it was not working and now it’s fixed. Brought it back only to find out the problem is still there. It’s one hour drive one way to get to the store and a complete waste of time. They won’t answer the phone if you call them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude young Karen at the counter, useless to top it. No wonder I was the only customer inside. Anyone starting a competing dewalt repair center, even an hour away, will have this one shut down in no time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a rating of their actual person to person service as I couldn't get hold of any body from the many phone calls I've made in last 3 days. It says to press 0 for customer service when you do it rings for about 8 times and then returns a loud on off sound. No place to leave a message. Let alone no one answering the phone.

This is the only time where I have been waiting for battery replacement due to shipping problems. Picked up one time out of 4 days of calling, bit annoying.

Maybe its time to start considering other brands, unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parts prices are definitely inflated. $3 for a 5 cent washer. But for the parts you can't substitute at a hardware store you are stuck paying for the ridiculous price, still cheaper than buying a new tool. Customer service not the most friendly, feels like they are having a bad day and taking it out on you. But again, if you need a part you really have no choice.

Today I brought 2 batteries (same size, 5AH each) for replacement.
The cashier gave me 1 4AH and 1 5AH battery, when I ask her to replace the same size battery, she told me, I should have mentioned it earlier.
Just feels like she downsized me and Mede me responsible for not watching what she is doing. Very bad experience ((
