★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any time I've dealt with Barclay it has been a positive experience. Professional and polite staff who show up as scheduled. They've also provided emergency service to my parents when they experienced a hot water tank leak and were very accommodating. I'll always call Barclay going forward. They pick up the phone day or night and arrive within an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend working with Barclay Restorations. I recently had a flood at my condo and Paul went above and beyond to make sure all of the inspections and repairs were done properly. I really appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions and ensuring I was kept up to speed every step of the way. This was my first time experiencing and incident like this and Paul made it much less stressful. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our insurance company put us in contact with Barclay Restorations after our kitchen flooded on April 23, 2021. It is now the end of September and our kitchen still hasn't been completed. After trying numerous times to get in contact with the project manager, we just found out that he no longer works for Barclay. We were told by someone else that we would be contacted ASAP regarding the installation of our countertops but still we await a response. Two entire homes have been built on our street in the time it's taken for my kitchen to be partially restored. Waiting almost 6 months is totally unacceptable but the worst part is being ignored. The customer service and communication is really poor and I suspect we aren't being valued because this is a small renovation and they likely aren't making much money from us. I wish I would have done more research and gone with a different company.

When my basement flooded in my old house as a result of my backyard swimming pool, I reached out to a few companies for estimates, including Barclay. I had the pleasure of meeting Ravi who arrived on site and shared his knowledge and expertise about flooding. He assessed the job and provided a fair quotation. His friendly demeanor helped seal the deal in me choosing Barclay to carry out the job. The work was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend Ravi at Barclay for your restoration needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seldom do I take the time to submit a review on services/work that I have enlisted a third party to perform for me.
I would and do expect the work to be completed on time and to my satisfaction for a fair and competitive price. This is usually the case as I endeavour to select a competent service provider thus negating any further review/contact etc.
Within the past few months the drainage conduit around the home had managed to become plugged up and of course the water ended up in the basement which was very concerning to say the least.
Having no prior experience in dealing with this type of problem, I was advised to contact Barclay Restorations who reportedly were quite familiar with this situation and how to best resolve it.
I proceeded to make the contact and was most fortunate to be able to speak with Project Manager: Pat
Pat was attentive to my long winded story of my leaky basement and demonstrated a genuine concern for my situation.
At the end of our conversation I felt confident that I was in good hands and authorized Pat and his team to proceed with necessary repairs.
I was advised of the time line for this project and that I would be kept "in the loop" as work/details unfolded.
In summation: True to Pat's / Barclay's word the project went ahead on schedule and I was updated in timely fashion by Pat through to completion
The pricing was fair, contractors polite and easy to work with, with minimal disruption if any.
A "Tip of the Hat" to the Team at Barclay.
If you want it done right, just call Barclay and leave the details to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do I work in the industry, but I had the misfortune of having to deal with a drain backup that flooded my entire crawlspace. Barclay attended quickly to start mitigating the damage and worked overtime as needed to extract all the water, setup drying equipment and carried on efficiently and quickly through the entire project. I had a great experience with all staff, including the content staff who had to pack out a lot of content in my 5' crawlspace which was a very hard job. Happy, hardworking staff, great communication and efficient service. I would recommend to anyone!
