It has been an absolutely wonderful experience working with Peter Murphy the project manager and his team member, Kelly White. They have helped me through a stressful period when my apartment had a flood from a burst pipe. The firm is attentive and caring in every way.

Darren and Peter were great. I received a reply for my service request quickly. Peter was very communicative, and we really appreciated the work Darren did for us. They were willing to work around our schedules, and were always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Puroclean!

Peter Murphy was excellent, cannot rate his professionalism and knowledge highly enough! He was also a great advocate for us when talking to our landlord about the mould issue in our rented house. Peter was very clear in detailing the issues to the landlord and made us feel supported in the mould issue we're dealing with. I would recommend Peter and this company to anyone.

I can highly recommend Peter and his team. Peter was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire project, which involved the restoration of water and mould damage caused by a leak in the basement. I was especially grateful to Peter for managing the entire project so expertly and always keeping me in the loop as I was not in Vancouver for the duration of this project. As a bonus, PuroClean has a very good reputation among insurance companies, and they were able to facilitate my insurance claim. Exceptional service and an excellent experience overall!

Grant at PuroClean came to my home to follow up on a mold inspection to see what remediation work will be required. Grant was thorough, professional, and extremely helpful with his recommendations. I really appreciate his in depth knowledge and experience in this field. He was very patient in explaining the environment we are in and provided suggestions on how to best control and manage our indoor environment.

Peter lead some mold remediation work for my house and I had an excellent experience. Professional, responsive, and he assisted me with out of scope items when he didn't have to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We opened a claim with insurance company last August and they had PuroClean do repairs in our 450 sq ft apt in November. They addressed water damage on cabinets and the wall behind caused by a leak from neighbour’s dishwasher. It’s been now 6 months since this company started work in our apartment and the project has not yet been completed. - The deadlines were postponed many timesΒ due to unforeseen damages, lack of management and lack of communication between employees and contractors - Not all the contents were out during the restoration and that caused damage to the content left behind - The project manager only visited our unit twice and only when we complained about the unfinished schedule We spent more than 2 months outside home and lost income on our small business because of it. Not only they did not care about timelines and doing a professional work they instead called the unfinished apartment β€œlivable” and referred to deficiencies inside cabinets and floor as β€œaesthetics”. They put blame on everyone other than their own team and people work with them for the actions done irresponsibly. If you work with this company through your insurance hopefully you have a good experience and not like ours. I highly encourage before leaving your property take as many pictures as you can from the contents, make sure you have proof of your appliances work properly before you leave, record videos, document everything and be present at the job site if you can… You will surely need proof and lots of it when it comes to realizing that they damaged your property and it is so easy for them to get in a denial of that. You will need proof to defend your customer rights. Fast forward to today, the deficiencies are still there, so we had enough of dealing with their promises, lost money, and our patience so we decided to finishΒ the remaining job ourselves.
