Richard (the owner) and his rep Owen were absolutely incredible! Not only were they extremely informative with what we needed for our set up, they were also very patient as they walked us through step by step on how to install everything... even letting us use some of their tools :) Could not recommend these guys enough, totally outstanding customer service! Thanks again Richard for all your help and kindness today.

His price was very fair when I compared. We will be back for the marine battery for our boat in the future. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family
N	Nat H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave reviews but why not. I was in the market for a pure sine inverter and called here to get pricing on the Samlex brand. The owner checked to make sure he had inventory of the ones I was interested in, and he had them. The pricing was quite good, much better than Lordco even with my account. I went in and looked at the different models. The owner was decently knowledgeable, though did at times second guess himself a little. I tried to get a bit of a deal, I could tell he was hesitant but in the end I got a 10% discount which was nice. After hooking up my 1000w SSW inverter, it worked, but the remote didn't. I called and the owner said he was sorry about that and said he had a spare remote in stock. I came in, we tested the remote, it turned out to just be the cable. He gave me a new cable free of charge and said sorry for the inconvenience. Overall I would say that was pretty good service. If you are nice and respectful, you will be treated like that in return here.

Richard at Battery World to the rescue, a rebuilt battery (better than the original by the way) was ready the next bussiness day. Great product ,Great Price Great Service !

These guys had tonnes of them, sold me only one piece at a very reasonable price (half of what the dealership wanted). I've since come back twice more and had the same great experience each time.
