★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use an electric wheelchair and my charger stopped working, which meant I was motionless. I called the company I purchased the chair from and they said it would be WEEKS to get it fixed or sell me a new one for a lot of money. I called Rob an he was amazing. He dropped what he was in the middle of, looked at my charger, deemed it unfixable and sold me a new one at a third of the price. I am now mobile again weeks earlier than I would have been absent Rob and Polar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the shop with battery issues on Friday, Eric and Dave were super helpful with helping me fix my problems. Genuine place full of amazingly helpful people. Would definitely come back to purchase more batteries from these guys again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a slow cranking starter this morning. I brought it in and they Load tested my old battery....told me it was probably good for another year ( 400 cranking amps new one is 650). I decided to replace it now rather than later...the price was excellent and they had it in stock....installation would be $20 but I installed it myself using their tools. I'd definitely go back.
