★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst online company I have ever ordered from! I order two brand new 2" x 15' cam buckle straps online from their website and all I received was a pieces of used old one (attached image). I called to sort out the issue and they said no one was currently available and if I left my number someone "might" call me back but they were not sure. I very poorly run company that does not deserve to be in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful, they had a tool of mine for over 6 months and couldn’t repair a $20 part. Never called, never apologized, just excuses about how it was out of there hands!!! I made 1 call and got the part in 4 days!!!!! Went to collect my tool and they couldn’t find it!!! Then had the audacity to suggest that I’d already collected it!!! This place is a JOKE. Go anywhere else, ANYWHERE !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a nail gun to repair, The cost was 30 dollars for half hour of labour work to investigate what the problem was. After the investigation, we decide not to get it fix there cuz of the cost was too high. Now the problem is the nail gun is all open up and they will charge us 20 dollars to put it back. The putting it back part was not clearly explain when we pay for the investigation services. It was not state in any of the invoice of policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite tool store for over a decade, even when I had received a bad experience, I went back. Prices are pretty good, especially when you sign up for the flyers and hit the 3 day sales. Customer service has improved in the last couple of years and the tool selection is good.
