★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use Dettmer Tire for all our tire purchases for our trucks and trailers. We likely buy somewhere around 75 tires a year and they are always great to deal with and keep our fleet in great shape when it comes to our tire needs and light service work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a pleasure to be able to post a positive Review of any business establishment and such is the case with Dettmer Tire, Eramosa location. We are recent customers of Dettmer, having gone to them for Snow tire installation services as well as to purchase Summer tires for our 2017 Nissan Rogue. In each and every instance, we were treated exceptionally well by Mitch Ellis and Steve Motyl. In particular, Steve could not have been any more accommodating and thorough in his level of service and follow-up. He arranged for an overnight drop-off of the vehicle(s) which resulted in our vehicles being ready for pick-up by 10:00am the following morning. Outstanding turnaround, especially given the fact we are in the midst of "Tire Season" when business levels are typically higher than usual. Based upon our experiences to-date, we are now looking to Dettmer Tire to handle the ongoing routine service & maintenance of our vehicles. We are looking forward to our future business dealings with Dettmer Tire and thank them for their outstanding past service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a snow tire swap at Dettmer Tire followed by a trip to the Ford dealership. The dealership noticed that my lug nuts were all damaged from Dettmer using the wrong size socket swapping my tires. Dettmer refused to replace or pay for the new lug nuts claiming that they were damaged from ice and freezing conditions. I may have believed this if it was one or two nuts but all 24 were damaged. The staff was very rude and would not pay the 140 dollars I paid Ford for the replacements. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. I will not return to Dettmer Tire again and would not recommend them to anyone. Bad service and no customer appreciation.
