She gave us tips for regular maintenance and went above and beyond by getting us in touch with the right people for some additional services we would be needing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this sellers' market, I was given just two days to organize and complete a home inspection, a task that was complicated by my present residency outside the province. Helen not only accommodated my tight schedule, she provided probably the most detailed and practical home inspection I have ever seen (and we moved a LOT!) She made herself available for questions at any time (though I didn't need any answers, the report answered them all), and checked in with me again after I had had time to go through the report.
One of the more interesting aspects of the report for me was how much of it was devoted to proper maintenance and best practices/tips in taking care of this particular house. Very useful!
My realtor and I were both very impressed with her professionalism, competency, organization and friendliness. So, if you have need of a home inspection, I would highly recommend giving Helen Wong a call!
