★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dennis inspected a townhouse my partner and I were looking to purchase. We are first time home buyers and were very pleased with how friendly, thorough and interactive Dennis was! He was more than happy to walk us through all the work he was doing and then explain it in simple terms so we could understand it! He allowed us to ask him as many questions as we wanted and always gave very thoughtful and detailed responses. He arrived on time and then also took his time with the inspection ensuring no detail was missed. To add on, for the work and care Dennis puts into each inspection, his prices are more than fair! Thank you Dennis for all of your hard work!

The report was digital format which was convenient to receive and read. Communication by text with Dennis was clear and responses prompt. Would recommend his services most definitely!

Being first-time homebuyers my partner and I really appreciated Dennis' professionalism, abundance of knowledge, and flexibility. He is also very personable and can enjoy a good laugh while still getting the job done. He was celebrating his birthday the next day and still go us our report the next morning after inspecting the evening before with detailed notes and pictures. We didn't know what to expect as it was our first home, but he was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything to us. The report he created was very helpful too with lots of photos. We are very thankful for the issues he was able to point out that we were able to get resolved with the seller. I definitely recommend working with Begin Inspections if you ever need a home inspection done!
