Had no issues with them showing up or not where some other companies I'd have to call. Windows were cleaned, side walls and walks were pressure washed in the spring and during winter, they even went the extra mile to provide us with pet friendly ice melt after our walks were cleared since we had a lot of pets in our buildings. No complaints here!

The color was noticeably different so I wanted the other sides done as well and the owner gave me a discount on that as well as some window washing! Highly reccomend!!

They failed to show up when they said they would and the end product was awful. Completely assymetrical and poorly done- even our neighbours made remarks. After much research and hesitation going with a new company - we came across the dependables... really wish we had gone through them first !!! The service was night and day.. they communicated well through the entire project, were prompt and very well priced. It has been a pleasure working with you all!!! I enjoyed working with the staff from the Dependables, who were respectful and considerate of my family needs of using the driveway and garage while they were working. They were friendly and courteous, and very hard working to get the job done in a timely manner without compromising quality. My family is very happy with The Dependables and will recommend to those looking at hardscaping work, such as stone paving. Thank you to Jon H. and his team for their great work!

The dependables did an outstanding job cleaning our windows and screens as we live in a newer community and dust is a huge issue !!
