★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Building Works in 2020 to pour a new concrete walkway on my residential property. Over the winter months we had some issues with cracks in the sidewalk due to the winter freeze/thaw process. I reached out to the owner of Building Works in 2021 to see if they would be able to help repair these areas. A repair crew was sent out and replaced the concrete areas of concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scott, Max, Dan and Jessie did a fantastic job fixing our place up. We had water damage from attic rain. Which was caused by not having enough ventilation in our attic. They added vents, did mold treatments, replaced our damaged ceiling and replaced all the old insulation. It took multiple visits and they were so easy to deal with. I cannot say enough great things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max and Daniel were fantastic! Extremely professional and careful while addressing mold in our basement. Would happily hire them again. Franco was also great during our consultation and took time to re-consult after our air quality test came back. to make sure we would get everything dealt with properly. Fantastic customer service all around.

We had Building Works take air samples in both levels of our home to see if there was any contamination. Thankfully, the results were within normal limits and we did not need to do any remediation. Everyone we dealt with at Building Works was personable and knowledgeable. They responded to our needs and questions in a very timely manner. We were very happy with their service.

Max and Daniel were very professional and meticulous with their work and Jody did an excellent job on all the finishing work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had signs of wetness on the basement floor for a while and are so grateful to have found the BuildingWorks team to get this fixed once and for all.
Scott was able to come over the same day I first called, to assess the work, and the team (Max, Danielle, Jodi, Craig) started the same week with the repair of a rather large crack in the building foundation. All of them were professional, respectful and pleasant, and the work was finished in good time. We are very pleased with the result, never thought that this could be fully repaired without having to dig up the yard along the outside wall, we were relieved that it could be fixed from the inside!
I highly recommend Building Works Ltd for their professional approach, their friendly and knowledgeable staff, and their quality work.
