★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started to notice a water stain on our living room ceiling. Given the stain was in the middle of the room and was not in proximity of any water source. It was very hard to guess the possible source of the leak. Greg, the detective ?️♀️, did a meticulous job to find the very minute leaking water pipe. He worked beyond expectation, and even offered a free Radon Test. Greg, is the detective ?️♀️ to go for your home inspection and Radon Test. I highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in my home for 5 years and considering listing it and hired Greg at Everett home inspection to do the job.
He did have the same notes as the last inspection. But with more detail & advice on what to do with some the homes imperfections. My home was built in 1958 and has some exterior damage. With Greg’s advice we have updated some of our fixtures. Highly recommended, trusted and would absolutely call again. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greg recently inspected my new (to me) townhouse and did an amazing job! There is the usual detailed report and home owner education provided. But also, he found a few things on the house that I was able to use as leverage during closing. He really helped me put my mind at ease over my new investment with his follow up support, thermal images and backed by a buy back guarantee that seemed legit. I felt he genuinely cared about my home purchase. 10/10 Would inspect again!

His time spent on the property and the report he provided afterwards were very thorough, both in the current state of the home and with advice on future improvements for the short and long term. As a bonus, his rate was very reasonable. You could not ask for more from a home inspector.
