My daughter had five fillings, one of which was very deep. She had a panic attack as she was so nervous but the staff were really good with her. The anesthesiologist coaxed her into having the mask on and was very gentle with her. The door to the wiating room was open and I could hear all that was going on. The nurses were really good with her and my son who is young and waited with me. There was leakage so my daughter ended up with a very wet top but they put that in the dryer for me. They were very clear and informative the whole time and I was able to be there when she woke up. The only negative really was it was a bit rushed in recovery as I think it was the end of the day for the nurses but overall they were very good.

I had booked a appointment for my step daughter and unfortunately plans had changed and by the time I was able to call it was after 3 and the office was closed. The receptionist called and left a rude message stating they will no longer see us because of this. sorry life happens but you don’t have to be so rude. We will be going elsewhere .

My 3 yo son needed a couple crowns and an extraction and I would not take him to a different clinic if I had to. This clinic, and Dr. Batra's were absolutely amazing. I was a total wreck, but they made sure both my son and I were comfortable before anything was done. They performed the surgery faster than originally projected, and with amazing results. The anesthesiologist who's first name was John was such a delight. Thank you all so much.

I brought my our 2 young children here for their first dental appointments. I WISH I WOULDN'T HAVE! The experience was worse than I ever could have imagined. It was rushed, rude and not kid focused whatsoever. The visit was super rushed despite that I booked 2 appointments, it was supposed to be 2hrs total. We were in and out in 35 minutes and $220 later The hygienist didn’t explain anything to my 3 year old, instead stated β€œit’s normal that they cry”. My son got terrified due to the big X-ray machine pushed up in his face without any heads up, and it was one strike and you’re out; the hygienist was not willing to try again. She was so abrupt, rude and defensive. I tried to talk to her directly about her behaviour and that backfired to an escalation of the behaviour. I also informed front desk about the unpleasant visit and that we will not be back and the response was that β€œthe unit manager will be informed”. I still haven’t heard anything back from the clinic. I would never recommend this place. .

I really enjoyed taking my son to this dentist. However, last week my ex partner took my son to his appointment and decided he did not want to pay the $300 for the appointment. So he worked with the office to instead change my bank card which was on file - without my authorization or consent - there was no communication with me about the money being charged. When I called to ask why they allowed someone who is not authorized to use my card, they said "sorry, we don't check names on the file or the cards." I feel so violated and am incredibly disappointed with the lack of security at this place. I will be removing my son and business from this location and will find a business that takes accountability and responsibility for my safety and personal information.

My 5 year old daughter was brought in by my Mother for a cleaning. The dentist would not allow my Mother to go back with her. They decided she needed a root canal at 5 years old on one of her baby teeth and the dentist and assistant held her down while she screamed in pain. I went back and had a meeting with the dentist and I was assured my daughter was not crying or complaining about pain. The assistant however spoke with Me after and explained that the Dentist believed she was given enough pain meds for her age and did not agree with the treatment given. And she was in fact held down while screaming and crying. She was hyperventilating by the time she made it to the waiting room where my Mom was. Unfortunately my Mom signed their forms that state if a child moves too much or flails their arms they will be held down in order to provide the treatment, or else I would have pursued this matter legally. I would not recommend this location to anyone- ever. Please If you are considering treatment here do your research on do not trust they will take the best care of your child. Read all boxes very clearly, and beware. Do not leave your children alone or allow them to go alone with any dentist. The other dentists that were around seeing what was happening idly stood by while a 5 year old was held done to an invasive procedure on a baby molar. Find another dentist. It is in your child’s best interest.

I want as many parents as possible to read this - after taking my son in for sedation dentistry (costing upwards of $6000) feeling good about the experience I then took my daughter for a check. They claimed she had 11 cavities and recommended sedation. I decided to get a second opinion. I got 2 other opinions in fact. My daughter has 2 cavities. The other dentist informed me that Dental care for children is notorious for over treatment and extreme over billing. They cut into healthy teeth to line their greedy pockets. They prey on stressed parents. To add insult to injury today they called with a final bill for my son’s treatment; I was originally told it would be approx $1100…. Its an additional $2600. This is robbery. Please please get a second opinion before trusting this clinic.

We have been going to Dental Care for Children now for 7 years. I have put 4 stars because I do feel as though the pricing is quite high. It has been very hard financially to pay for my 9 y/o daughters dental work - BUT this being said, we do pay the high prices because of the type of care we have received here. Firstly, reception is wonderful. I have had many questions in the past in regards to process of care, billing, insurance, etc. They have always been kind & taken the time to explain, no matter how busy they are. I also find it refreshing that they ask my daughters permission before taking her temp. Or taking her to the examination room. I have met the dentist that works with my daughter once; but i do believe he is very good with his clients. My daughter has never complained about her appointments here & has always said she has felt safe & taken care of. Thank you for going above & beyond. I do wish pricing was a little different, but the cost does match the type of care you are receiving here for sure!
