β β β β β Positive: Friendliest most professional staff have dealt with in ages! right from FD, Housekeeping and Maintenance - each and every person polite courteous and smiling Negative: I am a very warm sleeper; AC not turned on yet, meaning was unable to cool my room down to my comfortable 'freezing level'- FD did apologize acknowledging thst awkward time of year with huge variant temps. Ideally, 19 degrees a little to warm for me...

β β β β β Very nice hotel. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but looks are deceiving. Good restaurant attached to the hotel, but the building layout is a little odd with the separate atrium. I've stayed here twice now and will continue to do so.

β β β β β Positive: The Sage & Co. restaurant. Great coffee (Starbucks) and everyone loves the coffee cups. You should sell them as people were asking. I would have bought some as well. The restaurant staff were exceptional. Negative: They changed the menu in the Sage & Co restaurant and it did not have as many choices. Originally you could make your own omelette and then they changed it to only 2 choices.

β β β β β The hotel is a bit dated. Overall, still good. On the Friday night, too many creaming kids and teenagers in the hallway till 1030pm. Had to make a complaint. Room and bath were clean. Staff was friendly. Parking spot was very narrow. If you are unlucky to park between two pickups, it will be hard to get out of car.

β β β β β This was my first time staying at this Delta. I was impressed with how the rooms and main areas had obviously been recently renovated. I chose a package that included hot breakfast and I was thrilled with the breakfast at their Sage & Co cafe! The cafe also has an excellent selection of beverages and food available to grab and go. This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price paid (especially since thereβs no extra charge for parking).

β β β β β This hotel is great! Fast, efficient check-in, clean, spacious rooms, and the breakfast at Sage & Co was delightful. Shout out to Daniel at the front desk. Thank you for being wonderful and very helpful. I had made a mistake on the booking, and he rectified it right away. We will stay here again! P.S. the rooms in the Tower are very quiet, and we got a good night sleep!

β β β β β Sage Restaurant had great breakfast menu, portion sizes are good. Nice presentation, the fruits are always fresh, Sara, Marshall, Jane, and Jean are always working together and greetings customers upon arrival at the restaurant. They are always try to accommodate me and my husband needs as we are staying at the hotel over a month.
Front desk, room service staffs are very friendy, professional and attentive to the needs of their clients. They always go to extra miles to communicate to us and make sure we have the best experience. Delta has great staffs working there.

β β β β β I had my engagement party at delta hotel and their service was beyond excellent. Vicki is a great event planner, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. She always listened to our ideas, provided vendor recommendations, professional services and is very detail oriented. Tom was very helpful and committed to great services. Tom is very flexible and great with communicating with us what we need. He kept checking on the guests throughout the engagement day and made sure everything was perfect. I was able to enjoy the engagement day without worrying about anything, because Tom and the amazing staff handled everything.
The food was super delicious, all my guests were happy with how the food tasted great. I could not have imagined a better engagement party than this, it exceeded my expectations.
