Even in this year when so much has been unprecedented my family has felt so comforted knowing Delmanor is handling the covid situation with the upmost professionalism and continue to make it an amazing living experience for my grandparents!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved into Delmanor a year ago and could not be happier, the staff have been wonderful going beyond the call of duty when looking after us during this trying time. We had temps taken regularly, exercises in the hall, great meals and conversations with other residents in the hall (with our masks on) so there is always companionship if you want it as well as walks around the building outside and in.

My Aunt currently lives at Delmanor and I had the opportunity to have an outdoor visit with her recently.
I wanted to share how well she has been looked after during this most very difficult and trying time .
The entire family feels very comforted by the safty protocols which are in place and the loving care she receives every day by all departments.
She can't say enough about the menu selections and how blessed she is living at Delmanor Elgin Mills.

The atmosphere is cozy and the staff takes great care to keep the place running smoothly and efficiently. I look back at my time at Delmanor with a big smile on my face and fun, happy memories.

There are always activities for them to participate in if they wish or a friendly face to say hello and have a chat. The staff are friendly, kind and always willing to help. During the pandemic they have worked very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy and have done a great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Keri Armstrong for several years at Delmanor Northtown in North York, Delmanor Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill, and now as she prepares for the opening of Delmanor Aurora.
Keri Armstrong exudes enthusiasm and passion for her job and also for welcoming new residents so that their transition to their new home is as smooth as possible. Keri's service was amazing before the Covid-19 pandemic, but it has added a whole new complexity which she overcomes with ease. She follows up with prospective residents by phone and in person when possible, delivers meals, and looks after their needs before they even can identify what it is they need themselves.
I can't recommend Keri Armstrong or Delmanor Elgin Mills highly enough. There is a very strong team that is dedicated to making the Delmanor Elgin Mills community home for everyone. As a real estate agent, I have recommended my clients to consider Delmanor Elgin Mills when it is time to transition to a retirement community. Whenever I have brought clients for a tour or lunch meeting, we have been greeted as old friends and immediately feel at home. I could easily live there myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother-in-law was residing at Delmanor and I have to say she was ripped off by the corporate scammers that run the organization.
You do not get value for money and they will continue to take funds out of your account for no reasons.
Jewelry went missing as well as clothing and supplies. Be very careful if this is your first choice.
Profit is priority over care!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked here back in 2018 for few months and then got fired by email with the Nursing Manager TATIANA ( I don’t really remember her name) but she was the NURING MANAGER at Delmanor Elgin Mills due to I called and sick because of my endometriosis and fibroid therefore I bleed a lot during my period that time. This place is not a good place to work with they made you and feel like an animals.
