C	Care always on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Mariann home to see if it is a good and safe place to bring my mother in law when i was checking the facility things i saw was unbelievable the girls was working there weren't professional especially the activity centre girls were talking about smoking pot and being high and talking on the phone , I won't feel comfortable bringing my mother in-law to a place like that with respect these people shouldn't work their at all it is really bad for Mariann home's reputations .

I was waiting inside beside administration station for a tour person 15 mins, and when no one came i called from my cellphone a phone number of Mariann home to ask where is a tour person. Then a person came, no apology or explanation... I was shocked by this place, smelly, not cleaned well, very old building, stuff in unprofessional, crowded. i would never put a parent here and will not recommend to anyone.

I spoke with this gentleman at length regarding employee compensation and I felt Bernard had a genuine interest in the well-being of all the people residing in the Mariann Home. I've met with executives at not-for-profits that I wouldn't say this about.

Selecting Mariann Home was the best decision our family made for her and we are extremely pleased and at peace knowing that our Mom is well cared for and have seen our mother so happy, content and comfortable. My Mom moved from an Assisted Seniors Living Apartment where she lived for 30 years and has not missed being there at all. To name a few, Bernard, Shanon, Jialin, Lyn, Emily, Bella and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful, pleasant, careful and thorough in following the COVID 19 Virus and Quarantine rules in keeping the residents safe. Mom has made many friends and enjoys participating in all the activities held. My Mom’s friend who also lived in the Assisted Living Apartment building has just moved a week ago after hearing how happy Mom is. I would definitely recommend Mariann Home for your loved one.??
J	Janet B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Grandmother was in Marianne home for approximately 3.5 years. She just passed this August 2021. The service and staff are totally rude and unprofessional. There was a time when she was sent downstairs for a meal with NO PANTS on. Her health started to deteriorate a couple of months if that before her passing. We were asking why her head is always hanging down and not using the head rest on her wheelchair. (she could not walk). She was asleep 98% of the time within the last month or so. We kept asking the home /Shannon and Bernard what was wrong with her...never an answer. I have emailed Bernard 3 times now and not 1 single reply RUDE!! My Gran was rushed to the hospital 3 days before she passed. She died of an UTI that was very obviously overlooked. How can someone who was so out of it and had dementia tell the staff she was not well??!! She did not die from her diabetes, nor from a stroke nor from dementia. This could have been prevented if she received proper care. WE will NEVER EVER recommend this place. Old, filthy and run by rude and unprofessional people who don't care. My last few visits where never put in the book as per Bernard told me personally on the phone that he would do it himself. Never did. We could have had a bit more precious time with my Gran if she was treated properly. Also what is it with re-using previous patients clothes? Alot of her clothes were NOT even her's and they even sent them to my Poppa after the fact even the ones that had big slits in the back. Disgusting and pathetic.
