My mom was the one who visited her the most and from what she told me, it wasn't the smoothest experience that we could have had. She was constantly left out of group activities, was left alone to eat lunch by herself and just neglected all around etc... The staff just didn't seem to be trained on how to interact with an individual like my grandmother, but I am hoping they are now.

Not to mention the fact that she was given the wrong medication more times than I can count. If you love your elderly do not bring them here.

Out side of a couple of exceptional staff members, sadly rest need so much sensitivity training, and training in general on health conditions of elderly including dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. On multiple occasions she's been given the wrong medication, or wrong doses of meds. This place is a classic case of how our long term care system has failed the elderly. Consistently understaffed.
