grandma shortly after. The abuse of the elderly is a secret problem rampant in Canadian old age homes. The purpose of eradicating the
elderly from their families, is
to confiscate their pensions and benefits. It's funny, that when my grandmother's bank account was dwindling, she died shortly after. It's funny how she was medicated with
medication that is usually not used towards patients with dementia. It's funny how she went completely down hill after she was admitted and died shortly after. Please everyone,
do not trust any service dedicated to helping the elderly. They are most likely trying to see how much they are worth, then confiscate their life savings and tax
benefits/pensions/ property. also. We live in a communist country everyone, just remember that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willows Estate LTC home is very old and run down, over 100 years. It should be a tear down. I can't believe the Ministry of Long Term Health and Care of Ontario allow this home to operate, it is a tradegy. There is
NO fire supression system in place!! If any fire outbreak would occur it would be a disaster as there is only 1 small elevator to escort maximum of 42 residents upstairs. Elevator is an antique- over 50 years old that no parts available to fix. Asbestos and mould in the home. Roof issues causing ongoing leaks. Kitchen drain issues and rodent problems. Basement is so old and damp that snakes inhabit the area. Not safe for residents and employees health to work at this facility. Many complaints of ongoing resident abuse reported to Ministry of Health. Management very unresponsive, caring or diligent in their responsibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting. The staff here torture patients. And I mean that litteraly. Patients screaming being sprayed with freezing water during showers, patients getting their food and meds shoved down their throats to the point they are gagging or even throwing up. I cant even imagine what else happens here. This place needs to be investigated and shut down

The Staff are the most kind and caring hands we have had care for my mother.
The Nurses are absolutely amazing and always pleasant no matter what.
The management is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in caring for our family members with the standards we expect.
We are very happy with the level of care and compassion my mother received from The Willows Estate.
Thank you for taking such great care of my mother .
