M	Matthew Barbour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last stay. The place is basically falling down around you. Dead flies on window sill and floor... in December. Holes in the wall that have been stuffed with toilet paper. Door appears to have been kicked in at some point and poorly repaired. At 11pm one night there were dogs fighting outside my window. It's the only option in Renfrew, so I guess with no competition there has been no need to keep things to a higher standard.

P	Patrick Partridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived Sunday night and front desk clerk seemed to have a snarky attitude like he hated his job .. we just wanted to rest after driving 14 hours from NB and that just seemed to be the start as the rooms were small and beds were hard. Fortunately the lady we dealt with the next day had a better personality..overall I would not recommend this hotel for staying in
A	Ana Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is decent but out of the town. The wifi only worked with some of our devices, not with others. Breakfast was a paper bag with some things that you can see in the photo and semicold coffee. It was an ingenious way to give breakfast in Covid times. Rooms were decent and silent. The heating was very effective although noisy, but it heated the room well and we could turn it down for the night.
S	SUP yoga with Karine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is FILTY. The carpets had garbage on them and dirt. Under the bed had Q-Tips, chicken wings, worn masks, peanuts, pills, empty water bottles. The nightstand beside the bed had a mouldy pamphlet & a disgusting hand towel full of crust (need i say more). The window seal had a bunch of dead flies and bugs. Shower was mouldy and the curtain had red mould. The toilet had feces & mould around the rim. “Breakfast” was servies in a brown bag and consisted of a croissant, granola bar and nothing good. Coffee machine in room is dirty. Microwave had some spaghetti (?) all over. The room clearly hasn’t been CLEANED IN AGES. The only positive is that the manager fully refunded my credit card after seeing how disgusting the room was for themselves.

(looks like white paint maybe..).. the housekeeper came to the door at 10:13am when checkout is 11:00am. The night front desk guy was pleasant. If you don't plan ahead, you'll end up staying here. So please, plan ahead
H	Hiten Rathod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read reviews of this hotel on Google, was baffled and skeptical of staying at this hotel. At Renfrew, our stay was comfortable and room experience was good. The reception and room service was adequate. Yes, serving breaks in paper bags ? is really odd and have brought this to their attention . Hope they take corrective action soon. Else a good place to stay overnight. Enjoy.
