G	Golden Handcuffs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed on the upkeep of this hotel. A bed that springs could be felt from the wear, to walls so badly damaged that even the thick amount of paint cant hide its age any longer. Serious Reno's are required to bring this hotel up to industry standards.

E	Empress Ave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overpriced for what it is. be prepared for ZERO sound proofing - if you have noisey neighbors you will hear everything from rooms across, beside and even above you. it will feel like they are in the room with you. hot tub is more like a warm large bath, it has no functioning jets. they will also double charge you for pet fees. you pay extra when booking to have a pet friendly room only to incur an additional $20/day fee.

He had excellent customer service and I hope you find more like him! Thanks, We were happy that the pool was open Negative: you might want to walk through the parking lot in the mornings to clean up clothing, socks & underwear left around from passers through :)

The beds were comfy, the views were amazing, located right near the ocean, only a few minutes from multiple locations for eating, shopping, parks and trails. Located about 10 minutes from the airport, and nearby Horseshoe Bay for the ferry. Has room service as well! Free parking free wifi, a pool and a hot tub, a breakfast bar and on site restaurant.
M	Melissa Bentley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good breakfast, reasonably clean hotel. Basic pool, however jets did not work. Small rooms, but comfortable beds. Needs an outdoor siting space! We stayed for three nights and did not get housekeeping service due to staff shortage. No price discount though ☹️
L	Laurie Baines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Stayed here with the family and loved the spa and pool, on-site rickeys restaurant, and that's by far the best self-serve breakfast anywhere. They had almost everything you can think of for breakfast! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay when in town again.
