We had a very positive experience with David Scott of Charles Real Estate. We were selling a condo of our sister’s estate. We received a thorough assessment and estimated value very quickly. He was extremely patient with us as there were many months delay due to the probate process. During this time, he had completed preparation so we could list promptly when ready. David was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and excellent at communication. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. He exceeded our expectations by selling the condo at just over listing price very quickly. We would highly recommend David to anyone selling or purchasing a home.
