We were definitely on the low end of the scale budget wise and Spencer still gave us the attention it seemed he would to any buyer. He was also great at connecting us with different contractors and lawyers and helping with the MANY steps along the way since we had never done this before. He was so patient and took us through quite a few homes on and off for over 6 months (pandemic did cause some delays). He is a super informed, professional and approachable nice guy, def recommend! Plus our dog Chance loved him which is always a good sign ?
