When we started looking for our first home we had lots of questions and Dan was available through it all. I think we looked at well over a hundred houses! Covid was just hitting Alberta when we removed conditions and lockdowns were in effect when we finally took possession. Even though this was uncharted territory for all of us, Dan was there right until we got the keys and gave us some much needed stability and balance in rather turbulent times. If Dan could handle all that then I just know he could handle anything. We have been in our home for exactly a year now. We have no intention of moving for a long time but when I do I'll be giving Dan a call!

Dan is a top shelf person. It's very apparent upon meeting him. We have done business with him for the purchase of 2 homes. He really helped us in a pinch at the start of the pandemic period when we needed a bigger home and to sell our starter home which he also helped us find.
