We had a ton of obstacles to deal with in selling our house, but Daniel was beyond helpful in guiding us through the whole process and ended up getting it sold after one day of showings for a sale price we were ecstatic with. As for buying a new house, Daniel was very patient with my wife and I who were a bit undecided as to what we actually wanted. After viewing a bunch of properties that weren't quite right for us, Daniel found exactly what we were looking for the moment it became available. And thank goodness he was so on the ball because the property ended up selling the very next day, to us, even though there were four other bids in play. It was definitely a highly sought after property but Daniel knew exactly what to do to make sure we got the home that we absolutely loved.
