L	Lindsey Tracey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to pick a star to post....but they don't even deserve that. Was there for my 12 week ultrasound in July, which I was extremely excited for. The tech (even though she was holding my requisition) asked me (very sharply) why I was there. I was caught off guard and replied "I'm 12 weeks pregnant, isn't this standard". She continued to ask why, I advised if she had further questions to contact my dr. Now in the room, I wasn't sure if this was a visit you could find out the gender, so I told her just in case it is that I didn't want to know. She then says "Looks like a girl!" As I'm telling her again that I didn't want to know, she then says, "well, they all look like girls at this stage." It didn't matter at this point. I was in tears. She was able to distract me with showing me the screen. At the end I asked if I could have a copy of it, she said no. I can take a photo with my phone. I understand if there are additional charges....I would have paid. Absolutely disgusted with the service. I felt like a bother instead of how I should have felt as a first time mother getting to see her baby for the first time.

N	Nanci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I've never encountered such miserable, rude staff. While I waited to have an x-ray yesterday, I listened to one of the female staff berate a woman who was late for her ultrasound appointment. When the woman asked if she could see the ultrasound technician soon (because she had to pee) the staff member said "That's too bad. You'll have to wait because you're LATE. You can try peeing a bit but you'll have to keep holding the rest". (Is that even possible??) Thankfully, the other kinder, more professional staff member got the woman in sooner. The x-ray technician was curt and made no effort to be friendly. I guess working in a windowless basement turns some people into miserable creatures. They should find jobs they enjoy and stop abusing the public.
B	Brooke Macaskill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad of a place. was fairly quick to get in and out. the main problem is there's a lack of good communication. when i was guided to a room for my blood to be taken the woman didn't guide me but more let me figure it out on my own where to go so that was a bit confusing. did a urine test too and they didn't let me know where to put it and/or who to give it to. they also forgot to mention when my results will come in. honestly if they just worked on communication a bit it'd be way better. seems like some of the workers there knew some of the patients so i think they're used to people know what to do and where to go and forgetting that most don't
S	Shahid Helal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give negative star for review. I had an awful and shocking experience at Dynacare (Danforth Main Diagnostic Centre) on16 June 2021 around noon time. The lady who was assisting patients at front door first entrance was very rude and intimidating towards me. I don't know if she was having a really bad day. I am speechless that being a person of colour I am discriminated by another person of colour! Please seek help and training on how to assist vulnerable patients. We don't visit you for fun.
T	Toronto Hip Hop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was told to come and walk in for her ultrasound , she is pregnant and having a terrible go ,we went and they told us we need to book an appointment ,fine ok no problem ,so on the way home she calls this place to book her appointment and informs the receptionist that they should add to their requisition forms that an appointment is necessary ,while my wife is mentioning this the lady who answered the phone would not let my wife talk ,constanatly talked over her and was terribly rude ,it made my wife and myself hearing this feel like we are peasants ,her customer service is absolutely horrible ,she had zero compassion and we will never come to this place again and if the call was recorded I would like someone to follow up with this ,it seems appropriate her boss takes a look at this .This happened February 7 Monday at around 2:30 pm …

The man who did my X-ray kept referring to me as "Mr." when I told him I was a woman, he started joking and saying, "Mr./ Mrs. Whatever". He gave me a see-through gown to put on. Those things are bad enough without being see-through as well. I also didn't like the way he touched me to position me.
A	ANGELA QUINN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, intake personnel are rude and dismissive. Absolutely no patient/client care. I had two ultrasounds booked, they only made time for one then expected I would just come back hours later. While grilling a young woman on why she was having a mammogram, the woman said "my mom died of breast cancer and I am high risk" the staff member just walked away, saying nothing. I told her I was sorry for her loss. The entire staff here need training in empathy and general manners and care. The clinic itself is clean and well appointed and clean.
