Poor services with a terrible ultrasound male technician. Had been there before for x-ray, and it was good. This review is for the ultrasound and the young receptionist today.

Avoid like the plague. Receptionist tells me she can do xray and ultrasound at same time. Get X-ray done and then sit for thirty minutes, keep getting told I'm next. The Ultrasound tech (Marina, a rude older European lady) then comes out and her and the young receptionist Lou stand there and argue with each other for ten minutes. Eventually the receptionist has to call the boss Alex, and then the tech has to argue with him on the phone for another ten before I am told No they can't see me now. The receptionist blatantly lies to my face and tells me it's because the technician can't do that type of ultrasound, when I just heard her saying that the issue is because the tech refuses to do it because it's "not on the schedule". Receptionist is rude and offers no apology. My X-ray tech also seemed ill trained and like he had no idea what he was doing. Avoid this place like the plague as they are rude, ill managed, and only care about getting your dollars from the government.

They were fast, and the receptionist seemed friendly, but the technician I saw was pretty short with me and offered me little to no discretion or privacy. I'd rather wait a little longer and have a little more care taken than just be shuffled in and out with no thought to me as a human person. Won't be returning.

Very difficult to get in touch with reception to check if a technologist is available the day of. When I arrived to the clinic there was no technologist present to do the medical imaging within the clinic hours.

I don't know how there could be good reviews about this place -- certainly not if you are an elderly person. Had trouble with the receptionist --When I said it a long wait when she kept me on hold for over four minutes regarding a referral from my mother's doctor At first, she told me that she could not fax my mother's doctor but could only give me a disk to bring to them. I had never heard of such a thing. I told her my mother mother had dementia and was over 95 which she did note and when we came to get an x-ray and she put us at the top of the list. By the way, they will ask you if you have been vaccinated and if you are not, you will fill out a form. I didn't think medical establishments could ask that question so do note this. As the X-ray technician saw us coming down the hall, she said that she could not do the x-ray because she did not have a stool that swiveled?!?. I asked her why I was not told this before I came and said that this should be posted on their site or they should tell potential clients. Why suggest a trip with an elderly person who is cognitively impaired if you cannot help them? She refused to help my mother and I take off her sweater and would not go near her. She pointed to the other side of the x-ray table and suggested that my mother extend her arm across the table when she was sitting in her walker. Rude and short with me which exasperated me even further. Terrible service and then when I was leaving I told the receptionist that they should put something on their site that says they cannot serve the elderly. She started shouting at me. I cannot recommend this pace to anyone!

I had to have a hip x-ray but there was a technicality they needed to confirm with my doctor before they could do it. Her office was in the same building. I offered to go upstairs and speak to her but the x-ray technician, Ashim, said no, that he would go instead. I couldn’t believe it. When do you ever get that level of service? I certainly didn’t expect it. While he was gone, I said to the other technician, I don’t know if my doctor is in today. So he went to the basement to see if her bike was there and it was. Then Ashim returned from my doctor’s office with a thumbs up. I told him I was pretty sure he didn’t get paid for doing things like that but I so appreciated it. Wow!!! I was so impressed, I contacted my doctor to tell her. Big thumbs up from me. Ask for Ashim and tell him Jan sent you.

Been here twice and both the times my experience was pathetic. The first time I went, the technician was very rude, wouldn't give me details or explain on what she was doing before doing it. Just put in the instruments inside me and asked me not to cringe. The second time I went, the receptionist and technician did not read my requisition form properly and gave me the wrong ultrasounds even after continously telling the technician that these were not mentioned on my requisition. After they performed the wrong ultrasounds, I went to the reception and asked back for my requisition and showed them that they were wrong and did not read my requisition. They went inside came back and put the blame on me that I should have said something before starting. I don't know how they can be so unprofessional!
