B	Burton Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is ready as promised. Delivery not made after numerous promises, then very late. Billing is inconsistent. Quantities vary. Customers kept waiting while employees do whatever. Unpleasant attitude to any queries or complaints. Impossibly unprofessional

Seems privileged. Was talking to Rachel or whatever her name is... she rudely hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. The one star you are getting from me is because google won't let me post without a rating or else it would be a ZERO. Close your pharmacy. Imagine your staff and pharmacy who is supposed to be professional when dealing with customers who are keeping your doors open, y'all treat us like sh*t.
R	Rochelle P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been great so far! I was looking for a Pharmasave closer to my house and on my way to work so I stopped in. I first asked about the wait time and they were upfront with 10-20 minutes depending on the number of prescriptions. I thought, that's not too bad of a wait considering nearly every pharmacy in busier work areas have at least a 20-30 minute wait right now! I brought in two prescriptions. One was written by hand and not quite legible so the pharmacist called the doctor's office on my behalf to confirm. The doctor wasn't in so they will wait until they receive the information and then prepare the medication as necessary! She was upfront with the timeline between receiving confirmation from the doctor's office and the order to come in. Excellent service!

It is unfortunate that a number of medical issues caused challenges, but this pharmacy is now back to delivering the high level of responsiveness that it provided to the community for so many years.
B	Brigitte Boland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very heartwarming experience here today. I was late for a meeting I had been nervous for all week. Due to TTC delays, it was likely I was going to miss my call. Because it was a nice day, I realized I could take the meeting in a nearby park. I needed a pen and paper, so stopped by this Pharmasave location looking to buy them. I asked the cashier where I could find them in the store to save on time and briefly explained my situation. She gave me one of her own pens and note pads from behind the counter and did not let me pay for them. This gesture of kindness that made my day. This stranger really came through for me today and I'm grateful. Definitely support this pharmacy - great people work here!

Two employees (English speaking) stared at me as though I had wandered into a private meeting and should have knocked before entering this rather dusty (I use the word in the literal sense) store. I found four items and proceeded to the cash desk. The man who growled “Do you want a bag?” also processed the sale. Not interested in providing minimum customer service.
